Our Mission Statement

Victory Outreach is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.

This call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches, rehabilitation homes and training centers, in strategic cities of the world.

Victory Outreach inspires and instills within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging, and destiny. Victory Outreach works cooperatively with others of mutual purpose in accomplishing the task before us.

Our Pastors

Pastor Vince was raised in California where he began to run the streets at a very young age. Coming from a broken home Vince found himself with no direction; following in the footsteps of his older brothers which were involved in drugs, alcohol and gang violence. This life was leading him to hopelessness and despair. One day he was reached by Pastor Ed and Mitzi Morales, the Pastors of Victory Outreach Church of San Jose, California. It was there in the San Jose church that he experienced his newfound life in Christ and began reaching the hurting and the lost…those that were just like him. It has been more than thirty years now, and his life has never been the same. In 1997 Pastor Vince, along with his wife Ginger, felt the call of God to come to the city of Austin. It was at that time that a church was established with the focus of reaching the lost and those whose lives were being disrupted and destroyed by drugs, alcohol and violence. To this day, Victory Outreach Austin continues to reach out to hurting individuals and their families by introducing them to the Gospel and life changing power of God.
